Villa Manangement Team

Kai Ki Villa’s Head of Operations & Guest Services and Head of House are always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly. While not always on-site, they are easily reachable by phone and can visit the villa whenever needed. They oversee all aspects of villa operations, including staffing, booking of excursions, and overall guest satisfaction. From coordinating your arrival to booking tours, restaurant reservations, and arranging on-site water sports, your Head of Operations & Guest Services is dedicated to making your experience seamless and stress-free. No request is too big or too small.
